Small Urn
This
wheel turned small urn was painted with wax to reveal a stoneware relief of dragonfly and ladyslipper. The wax was handpainted between the first and second firing. During the glazing process the wax resists the glaze leaving this beautiful dragonfly and ladyslipper image.
